  Great customer service. The best bbw in my opinion in my area. Everytime I try a different BBQ place I wish I would have just went to Billy Sims!

  Came for the all you can eat ribs Tuesday paid for 2 adult meals asked for an extra plate so our 5yr old could share off ours, got told we are not allowed to do that we needed to purchase a kids meal.. I mean I understand saying that for an adult or older kids but a 5yr old!? Then when we went up to get a refill on the ribs/sides they put them on ONE plate for myself and husband to SHARE! after throwing that big of a fit over sharing with our child, and paying for 2 adult all u can eat meals we shared it! Then an employee walked around asking if anyone needed refills but ignored us,I guess some retaliation cause I said it was ridiculous over letting a 5yr old eat off our plate... oh and on top of that the ribs weren't as up to par as they usually are...

  Greet you and are ready to take your order the second you walk. Very helpful when you're new to the menu. Manager checked on us while we were eating and then took our plates and thanked us on the way out. Rare to see customer service like this without a waiter. Definitely worth going to.
