  The only thing I don't like about braums is to get an actual list of ice cream flavors u have to be in the store. This particular store is nice though. They have a very friendly staff.

  Food is decent and people are nice, but braums is by far the slowest fast food of any franchise. Its not unusual to wait 15 min with only 2 cars infront of you. Inside service is faster but still much slower than anywhere else. Its so slow that unless we are deliberately making a trip to braums, we dont go (no impromptu trips). This isn't just this braums location, its all of them. Braums needs to take a serious look at their process flow to improve speed. You may ask why we even go so often. Well If we didnt like their daggum banana splits so much we wouldnt
